COOKING LESSONS

To learn the art of preparing authentic rural Italian dishes, made with the freshest and most simple ingredients, we offer the opportunity to cook with one of our local chefs.

GUIDED WALKS

Walk to the villages or along the many paths in the environment surrounding the villa, or arrange a guided walk up into the mountains nearby, or to Mount Terminillo.

MULE TREKKING

Ride with a difference. If you would like to experience a mountain trek on a mule, we can speak with one of our local handlers. Subject to availability as the mules and the handlers are hard workers.

HORSE RIDING

Ride along the trail paths of the Sabine Hills with a local guide - experience the beauty and tranquility of the Italian countryside.

GOLF

There are three golf courses in the area. Borgo Paraelios near Poggio Mirteto, Centro d'Italia in Rieti, and Belmonte in Rieti. For insurance reasons they all require the player to have a membership in another club or a handicap. Bring proof of this with you.
