Villa Madonna overlooks the medieval walled hill town of Cottanello founded in 570 A.D. In this north eastern region of Sabina, on the Umbrian border,you find yourself in a corner of Italy as yet unspoiled by the advance of commercial tourism.      

At the villa artist Jakki Boucaut and her husband Russell have created a retreat where both budding and experienced artists can work together and share a myriad of experiences – artistic, historical, cultural and culinary- to name but a few. Facilities are provided for groups of friends, or individuals, to concentrate on their art in a truly inspiring environment.
